Free Site Analysis
Once you have uploaded your survey or provided site address on any one of our Product Pages, we would gather a few additional pieces of information from you in order to determine which one of our models would be suitable for your lot as a value-added service.

Free Site Inspection
With the results of the site analysis, we would arrange a meeting with the owner to inspect site conditions in order to clearly define the inclusions and limitations of the chosen ADU package based on site conditions.

Engineering & Permit Application
Depending on the coach house model you purchased, our skilled in-house engineering team would:
a) produce the full engineering drawing set,
b) make application for permit on your behalf with the respective Municipality, and
c) obtain locates and building permit prior to construction.

Off-site & On-site Construction
Upon permit issuance by the Municipality, our team of building professionals will commence both off-site and on-site construction to facilitate an efficient schedule. We provide guaranteed package pricing, as long as you have fulfilled prerequisite conditions.

Occupancy
Once construction is complete, we will have occupancy inspection and hand over the keys, and you are ready to move in!
