Free Site Analysis for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU's)
Once you have uploaded your survey or provided site address on any one of our Product Pages, we would gather a few additional pieces of information from you in order to determine which one of our models would be suitable for your lot as a value-added service.

Purchase of ADU
Once it has been determined that a particular model will suit your needs and comply with bylaws, the next step is the payment of a deposit towards the purchase of the chosen ADU model package.

Engineering & Permit Application
Depending on the ADU model you purchased, our skilled in-house engineering team would:
a) produce the full engineering drawing set,
b) make application for permit on your behalf with the respective Municipality, and
c) obtain locates and building permit prior to construction.

Off-site & On-site Construction
Upon permit issuance by the Municipality, our team of building professionals will commence both off-site and on-site construction to facilitate an efficient schedule. We provide guaranteed package pricing, as long as you have fulfilled prerequisite conditions.

Occupancy
Once construction is complete, we will have occupancy inspection and hand over the keys, and you are ready to move in!
